Welcome to Diligent Institute Certifications. Our programs are avaliable as on-demand eLearning experiences through Diligent Academy. Follow these four steps to set up your account.
- You will receive an email from noreply@diligent.com with the subject line “Diligent Academy – Account Setup Invitation”. In that email, click “Accept Invite and create your password.
- After creating your password, log in to Diligent Academy at https://certificates.diligent.com/learn/
- Your Learner Dashboard will open. Review the three resources providing guidance on how to navigate Diligent Academy.
- Begin your certificate program in the Activity section by selecting the Learning Paths tab. Email certifications@diligent.com with any questions.
