Lisa Bond-Holland is the Director of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) for South Jersey Industries (SJI), a New Jersey-based energy services holding company. Lisa began with SJI in 2018 as the Assistant Corporate Secretary, where she handled a variety of corporate governance initiatives before moving to her current role as the Director of ESG. As the company’s ESG lead she is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the organization’s ESG program and serves as the Co-Chair of SJI’s ESG Management Committee and leads SJI’s ESG Task Force. 
 
Prior to joining SJI, Lisa served in Corporate Governance roles in both the private and non-profit sectors.
