Melanie McGrath is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for CBCL Limited and Atlantic Integrated Water Utility Consultants Limited.  Melanie joined CBCL with more than 20 years of legal experience, having worked in private practice and several multinational insurance companies. With an MBA and FCIP designation, Melanie brings a wealth of risk management, strategic planning and general corporate knowledge to her role. Melanie currently serves as a Director on the Board of Science Rendezvous and is Vice Chair of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Early Childhood Education.
